Pancakes with spinach and feta cheese filling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 onion(s), garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some water
  • 125 ml cream and milk (1:1)
  • 50 g sheep’s cheese
  • nutmeg
  • Broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Stir the milk and egg into the flour until a thick batter forms. Lightly salt the batter. Fry a thin pancake in the heated oil. Defrost the spinach in the microwave. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic, add the spinach and a tablespoon of water, and sauté, covered, for about 3-5 minutes. Add the cream and milk mixture and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and granulated broth. Add the feta cheese, cut into small cubes, to the spinach. Fill the pancakes and enjoy.
