Frango Com Limao

- 5 Pc. Corn chicken breasts
- 25 Pc. Asparagus spears green
- 1,5 kg Potatoes
- Butter
- Garlic
- Sugar
- 2 Pc. Organic lemons
- Salt
- Rub the peel of the lemons. Mix with the pressed garlic and salt. Slightly peel the skin off the breasts so that the lemon mixture fits underneath. Put aside.
- Prepare asparagus and fry in a pan with salt. Finally, add a little sugar to caramelize and butter to taste.
- Cut the potato into small squares and cook until al dente. Melt the butter with the garlic and toss the potatoes in it.
- Sear the chicken breasts on the skin side and let them simmer in the oven.
