Frango Com Limao

  • 5 Pc. Corn chicken breasts
  • 25 Pc. Asparagus spears green
  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Organic lemons
  • Salt
  1. Rub the peel of the lemons. Mix with the pressed garlic and salt. Slightly peel the skin off the breasts so that the lemon mixture fits underneath. Put aside.
  2. Prepare asparagus and fry in a pan with salt. Finally, add a little sugar to caramelize and butter to taste.
  3. Cut the potato into small squares and cook until al dente. Melt the butter with the garlic and toss the potatoes in it.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts on the skin side and let them simmer in the oven.
