Grape jelly with mulled wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter grape juice, red
  • 200 ml mulled wine
  • 1 kg gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and cook according to the package instructions until jelly-like. Pour into prepared jars, close tightly, and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
