- 1 kohlrabi

- 100 ml low-fat cream for cooking
- some butter for frying
- 3 tbsp curry
- salt and pepper

quick and easy
First, finely dice the onion and sauté it in a little butter in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the kohlrabi into very thin slices, add it to the pan with the onions, and fry until the kohlrabi has lost its green color. Then deglaze everything with the cream and season generously with curry. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper. It tastes great as a side dish, for example, with fried fish, but also as a large portion as a main course. You’ll need about one kohlrabi per person.
