Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 300 g flour, gluten-free (Schär Mix C – Cakes & Cookies)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 8 candies (Daim)
- 150 g banana(s)
- 1 pack of milk chocolate coating, if required
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
makes 16 muffins
Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl. Then add the eggs and milk and mix everything well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the foam mixture. Grind the Daim candies very finely in a food processor. Add the banana mixture and mix everything well. Then stir the fruit-candy mixture into the batter. Line a baking tray with 16 muffin cups and fill with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for approx. 20-25 minutes. After baking, let cool and decorate as desired, e.g., with milk chocolate coating.
