Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s) cut into strips
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- pepper, black
- 2 tbsp, leveled flour
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into fine strips
- 4 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp schnapps (Maltesers)
- 1 small can of peas, very finely drained
- cup(s) cream
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mix salt, paprika, pepper, and flour well; coat the meat in it; heat the oil and sear it well; remove the pan from the heat and flambé it with Maltesers (careful! Flash flames may occur). Sauté the onion rings in a little oil until translucent; add the meat, peas, pepper strips, and a little salt; whisk the cream with the sugar and stir in; simmer briefly; season with salt. Side dishes: croquettes or hash browns. Mushrooms can also be added.
