Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey schnitzel
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 5 tomatoes (party tomatoes), quartered
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 ml cream or Cremefine
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the meat into thin strips and fry in the fat until crispy, then season. Remove from the pan and set aside. Now fry the onions, add the quartered tomatoes, and the sliced ​​mushrooms. Simmer everything thoroughly. Deglaze with the cream and a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Then add the meat back in. We serve potatoes as a side dish.
