Spaghetti with cheese and cream sauce with cooked ham, mushrooms and peas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 shallots or small onions, finely diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped or squeezed
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 200 g herb cheese spread
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Lightly sauté the shallots or onions in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Then add the ham and fry the garlic briefly. Deglaze with a little water, add the peas and the processed cheese. Melt the cheese and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cooked spaghetti.
