Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp cherry jam
  • 20 almonds, peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix all ingredients, except the jam, and freeze for about 15 minutes. Roll dough into fingers and score the typical wrinkles with a knife. Use almond flakes or peeled almonds as fingernails. Thread cocktail sticks through the fingers so they can be filled with jam later. Bake the fingers at about 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. After baking, remove the cocktail sticks and fill them with jam from the back using a pastry bag, ensuring some of the jam runs out the back of the finger.
