Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine or butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 egg whites
- 2 packs of chocolate coating
- 3 packs of desiccated coconut
- Milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chocolate cubes with coconut flakes
Beat the margarine until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Stir in the egg yolks. Mix with the flour to form a dough and gradually stir in the milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and bake at 175°C (electric oven) for about 45 minutes. Let the cake cool, then cut into cubes. Melt the chocolate coating and stir in a splash of milk until smooth. Cover the cubes completely with the chocolate coating and roll in coconut flakes. Let dry. P.S.
