Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g cheese (Tyrolean grey cheese)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 potatoes
- 1 liter beef broth (beef soup)
- ¼ liter of cream
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper
- Bread(s) (brown bread, diced)
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
from Tyrol
Chop the potatoes and onion and sauté in butter. Top with beef broth. Add the gray cheese and cook until the potatoes are tender. Add the cream and blend while still hot. Bring back to a boil, season, and serve with toasted brown bread cubes.
