Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 500 g currants, red, sorted, stripped from the vines
  • 5 eggs
  • 500 g sour cream or thick sour cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 bag(s) of pudding powder (almond pudding)
  • 2 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead the dough ingredients together and roll out the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet. Spread the berries on top. Beat the eggs and sugar for the glaze until frothy. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and fold into the egg custard with a whisk. Pour the glaze evenly over the berries. Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 175°C for about 40 minutes.
