Gnocchi with leaf spinach, cream cheese and Parmesan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • ½ pack of leaf spinach, frozen
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, drain, and place in a baking dish. Add the spinach leaves to a saucepan and heat through. Mix the warm spinach with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir in one-third of the Parmesan cheese. Pour this mixture over the gnocchi and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 15 minutes.
