Pasta with Swiss sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta, vegan
  • salt water
  • 100 g black olives, pitted
  • 2 class can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tsp Ajvar, if desired
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • some Parmesan
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Tomato sauce with olives

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the onion and sauté it in oil until translucent. Cut the olives in half. Now add the tomatoes, ajvar, and olives to the onions and season with basil, salt, and pepper. Cook thoroughly. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and sauce to serve.
