Cucumber, milk and borage salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 leaves of borage, medium-sized
  • some flowers (borage flowers)
  • 1 cup of sour milk, 200 ml
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wash and finely slice the cucumber. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and finely chop the borage. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Stir in the diced onion and borage. Finally, stir in the cucumbers. It’s best to let it sit for a while, but you can also eat it immediately. Add the flowers just before serving.
