Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, cooked
- salt and pepper
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 100 g cranberries
- some butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Press the potatoes through a potato ricer, add salt, pepper, egg yolk, and breadcrumbs, and make a batter. Mix in fresh cranberries. Form the batter into cookies and fry in plenty of butter until golden brown. Serve with vegetable dishes.
