Grilled radicchio

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 head of radicchio, round
  • some dressing (salad) as desired
  • 10 slices of ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the radicchio into long pieces or strips (not too thick, so a slice of ham will fit around them). Drizzle each piece with a tablespoon of salad dressing and wrap it with about 1-2 slices of ham, depending on the size of the piece. Place on the grill and grill, or place in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes.
