Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of 3.5% fat yogurt
  • 1 cup yogurt, Greek
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • pepper, lemon salt, chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic or garlic chives
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

the way I do it

Peel the garlic, press it through a press, and mix thoroughly with all the ingredients. I prepare this yogurt at least 1 hour before serving. It can also be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days without any problems.
