Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 50 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the vegetables and cut them into strips. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the diced vegetables until almost tender. Drain the pasta and mix it with the vegetables. Briefly fry, then fold in the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. This recipe can be used as a main course or as a side dish.
