Vanilla Nougat Symphony

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack vanilla powder, vanilla
  • 50 g sugar
  • 75 g Nutella (nut nougat cream)
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 50 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Take 100 ml of the milk and mix with the pudding powder and sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then pour in the mixed pudding powder and simmer while stirring until thick. Remove the pudding from the heat and immediately take about 250 g of it. Then stir in the hazelnut nougat spread. Now spoon some vanilla pudding into each of 4 dessert glasses. Sprinkle the almonds over the top, then add a layer of nougat pudding and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Then add more vanilla pudding and almonds, and so on, until all the mixture is used up. This will create a beautiful zebra pattern. The almonds and chocolate shavings can also be replaced with desiccated coconut or something similar.
