Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- e.g. salt and pepper
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 100 g breadcrumbs (wake flour)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Supplement
Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes for 30 minutes, peel, and quarter. Then season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion, briefly sauté in clarified butter, then add the flour and stir in. Now add the diced potatoes and fry over medium heat, carefully turning them over, until golden brown on all sides. This makes an excellent side dish for any meat or vegetable dish without sauce, with or without sauce.
