  • 5 strawberries
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat and well chilled
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Healthy and delicious through the summer

For this summery smoothie, first wash and halve the strawberries and place them in a blender. Then slice the banana and add it to the blender. Add the low-fat curd cheese and milk. Add the sweetener and blend everything.
