Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 750 g tomatoes
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g nuts (or pine nuts)
- some salt and pepper
- some oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
A recipe for warm summer days.
Knead the flour, butter, salt, and egg into a dough and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a quiche dish and place the dough, leaving a small border, in the dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice and spread it over the dough. Place the sliced tomatoes on top. Drizzle the vinegar and oil over the tomatoes, sprinkle the nuts on top, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake for about 30 minutes.
