Cauliflower vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 tsp flour
  • n. B. water
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp sweet cream or cremefine for cooking
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Fondor
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the cauliflower, pick the pieces apart, and cook in salted water until tender. Drain the cauliflower florets and reserve the stock. Heat the margarine in a saucepan, add the flour, and stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon (roux). Add some of the stock to make a sauce. Bring to a boil and add the cauliflower. Season with sweet cream and salt, pepper, nutmeg, and Fondor. Pour the sour cream over the cauliflower and serve.
