Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt (fleur de sel)
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 3 sprigs rosemary (small branches)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, and halve them depending on their size. Place them in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and season with olive oil, sugar, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and pepper. Rinse the rosemary, strip the leaves, and finely chop them, then sprinkle them over the tomatoes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat: 180°C) and roast the tomatoes for about 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cold with baguette.
