Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 zucchini
- olive oil
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the bell peppers and zucchini into very large pieces. Peel the bell peppers first. Place the feta cheese and the chopped vegetables in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
