Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), without skin
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g leek
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 50 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and fry in hot oil. Clean, wash, and finely chop the vegetables, then add them to the meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Add the broth and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with rice, pasta, or baguette. Fat: 27.3%
