Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, black
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve the bell peppers, trim and dice them, along with the feta cheese. Place them in a bowl. Peel the onion, dice them, and place them in a small bowl. We’ll also use this bowl to make the dressing. Peel the garlic clove and press it into the bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, and mustard. Mix everything together. Now add the olive oil and mix again. Pour the dressing over the bell peppers and feta cheese and fold in well. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley just before serving.
