Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar bell peppers, halved, roasted and skinned
  • 300g mozzarella
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the peppers, cut the mozzarella into strips. Top the peppers with the mozzarella strips, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and roll up. Insert wooden skewers and arrange decoratively on a platter. Perfect for any party.
