Sophie's best fruit salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • ½ honeydew melon(s) or Galia melon
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 nectarines
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 pinch of vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, mix together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Peel the bananas, cut them in half, and mix them in immediately to prevent them from turning brown. Peel, hull, and slice the apple, and mix it in as well. Scrape out the seeds from the melon, scoop out the flesh from the skin, and dice it. Rinse and slice the strawberries. Peel, pit, and dice the nectarines. Now mix the melon, strawberries, and nectarines into the salad. Finally, chop the nuts and mix them in along with the raisins. Tip: If you want to eat calorie-consciously, leave out the nuts—this saves almost 60 kcal per serving.
