Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g almonds
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for salads, makes 12 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Quarter, core, and dice the washed pears. Mix the flour, almonds, and baking powder with the pears. Mash the Gorgonzola with a fork and mix with the butter, eggs, yogurt, and salt. Add the flour mixture and whisk everything together. Pour the batter into paper baking cups in a muffin tin or directly into the well-greased muffin tin. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes. Delicious hot or cold, especially with salad.
