Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large chicory
- 200 ml salt water
- 1 pack of frozen spinach, 450 g
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim, trim, and wash the chicory. Blanch in salted water for 5 minutes, then puree. Add the spinach and cream. Heat through, season to taste, and serve on plates.
