Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml vinegar
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ liter of carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Clean and finely chop the white cabbage. Combine the sauce ingredients in a large bowl, pour over the finely chopped cabbage, and let it sit overnight. Enjoy!
