lactose-free, quick and delicious

Roll out the puff pastry and place hazelnuts in the middle to prevent the puff pastry from getting soggy. Drain the Puszta salad and spread it on the puff pastry, then sprinkle some cheese on top. Cut the ham into small strips and arrange them on top, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Roll the puff pastry into a roll. Brush the whole thing with an egg to make it stick better. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes with top and bottom heat. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. You can also use fresh vegetables instead of Puszta salad, e.g. peppers, cabbage, pickled cucumbers and fry everything in a pan. Vegetarians can simply leave out the ham.
