Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g organic, aromatic apples such as Topaz or Jonagold
  • 500 g pear(s) organic, ripe and aromatic (e.g. Williams or Chaneux)
  • 1 m.-large lemon(s) organic

Wash and dry the apples and pears thoroughly, quarter them, and core them. Peel the lemon (including almost all of the white part). Juice the fruit on level II (level for hard fruits and vegetables) and blend thoroughly. Either drink the juice immediately or store it in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for 24 (maximum 48) hours. The specified amounts are sufficient for approximately 600 ml. The juice has a wonderfully fruity, sweet-tart flavor and is a wonderful source of vitamins. It is rich in vitamin C, potassium, and enzymes.
