Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ onion(s), red
- 1 broccoli
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- ½ can chickpeas
- 1 handful of peanuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper

A healthy and quick salad with a touch of the Orient
Chop the broccoli and cook in salted water for 4 minutes until al dente. Drain the water and let the broccoli cool. Chop the onion and place it in a bowl. Add the cooled broccoli. Wash the chickpeas and add them to the bowl. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make a dressing and pour over the ingredients in the bowl. Finally, stir in the shredded feta and peanuts. This makes a quick and delicious salad that can also be eaten warm.
