Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g creamed spinach
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tsp, heaped Ajvar
- 1 shot of milk
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the creamed spinach in a saucepan and cook according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic, and add it to the spinach. Bring to a boil. Mix in a small splash of milk and 2 heaped teaspoons of ajvar. Finely chop the feta cheese and add it to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
