Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g chickpeas
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 1 package of feta cheese
- 5 onions
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
delicious for grilling
Drain the chickpeas and place them in a bowl. Dice the feta cheese, onion, and bell pepper and add them to the chickpeas. For the dressing, combine the olive oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. If desired, you can also crush some garlic and add it.
