Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt (Greek)

First, peel the cucumber and grate it in a bowl. Heat a nonstick pan with the olive oil and fry the turkey cutlets in it. Meanwhile, the cucumber juice should have formed in the bowl. Carefully remove this. Peel the garlic and press it into the cucumbers. Season with a little salt. Pour the Greek yogurt over the cucumbers, mix everything together, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Finish frying the cutlets, season with salt and pepper to taste, and arrange everything on a plate.
