Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions, red
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 750 g mushrooms
  • e.g. coconut oil
  • 360 g meat substitute for chicken, vegetarian
  • 1 jar green beans
  • Salt
  • some savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Heat the fat in a pan and briefly fry the onions and garlic. Add the vegetarian chicken and fry. Quarter or halve the mushrooms (I prefer them quartered) and add them. Sauté until just tender. Drain the beans, stir in, and heat through. Finish with salt; I like to season with savory.
