Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup of cream
- 125 g soy (soy sausage)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 mozzarella
- 3 tsp, heaped vegetable broth
- n. B. spice(s)
- n. B. herbs

Boil water, add salt, and cook the pasta for about 9 to 11 minutes. Heat a large pot, mix the cream with the vegetable stock, bring to a boil, then stir in the chopped tomatoes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Dice the bell peppers and soy sausage and slice the mozzarella. Mix the bell peppers and soy sausage into the tomato cream sauce and season to taste. Drain the pasta and stir into the tomato cream sauce. Transfer everything to the casserole dish. Place the casserole in the middle rack of the oven. After 10-15 minutes, add the mozzarella and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella is lightly browned.
