  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 pack of processed cheese slices, preferably cheddar
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 6 slice(s) of gherkin(s)
  • ½ tbsp, leveled salt
  • ½ tbsp, levelled pepper
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Simple, quick and infinitely combinable

First, lightly brown the ground beef. Then add salt, pepper, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. After about 5 minutes, add the onion to the ground beef and cook for another 5 minutes. In the meantime, line the casserole dish with the bottom halves of the burger buns. After about 15 minutes, the ground beef and onion should be cooked through. Now spread the ground beef directly onto the buns and top with the cheese and remaining ingredients. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes at 180-200°C (top/bottom heat). Tip: This recipe can be modified and expanded as desired.
