Zucchini and tomatoes in cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 zucchini, approx. 500 g
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • Spice mix (tomato-mozzarella)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with noodles

Roughly dice the zucchini and tomatoes, finely dice the onion. Cook the pasta in salted water and then drain. Sauté the zucchini in a pan with olive oil, then add the onions and tomatoes and sauté briefly, then press in the garlic. Finally, add the cream, simmer briefly, stir in the pasta, and season to taste. My kids love it, too.
