Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sugar or a few dashes of agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp, heaped desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chocolate shavings
  • 1 pear(s) or apple or other fruit
  • 1 chocolate bar or 1 dollop of hazelnut nougat cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Whisk the egg in a very large mug with a fork or a milk frother. Stir in the flour and sugar until a smooth batter forms. Fold in the desiccated coconut, chocolate chips, and finely diced fruit. Place the chocolate bar in a central well and cover with batter. Microwave at 800 watts for about 3 minutes. Caution: it will rise considerably! Enjoy warm, spoonfuls from the mug.
