quick and easy

You can top your cheese balls however you like. Anything that tastes good on a pizza will taste good here too. I always make them with tuna or ham and pineapple. Of course, you can also make them with just cheese. Place the finished pizza dough on a floured work surface and stretch it out a little to make it a bit thinner. Then cut the dough in half lengthwise, spread some tomato sauce on both pieces, place a thick layer of grated Edam cheese in the middle, add diced ham and pineapple, and some more Edam cheese. Then place the bottom side on the ingredients and tightly roll everything into a log. Using a sharp knife, cut into pieces about 4-5 cm thick and place them upright on a baking sheet. Mix the olive oil with a little salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning, then brush the cheese balls with it. Bake the cheese balls in a preheated oven at the highest setting for 7-10 minutes. When the top dough is light brown, your cheese balls are ready.
