Cheese pesto snails

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 1 small jar pesto, green
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix with the pesto and cream cheese. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mixture on top, leaving a 1 cm thick border. Beat the egg and brush a little over the edge. Then roll up from the wide side and cut into slices. You can then brush the slices with the remaining egg. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the snails for about 15-20 minutes.
