Cookie – Pudding – Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cookies (butter cookies, I find whole wheat particularly delicious)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour, heaped
  • 4 tbsp, levelled sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Pour milk into a saucepan. Add all ingredients except the biscuits. Stir until pudding consistency is reached. Drop test: Pour a drop onto a plate and let it cool. Turn the plate upside down. If it drips, it’s too runny! Place a layer of biscuits in a dish (e.g., a shallow glass bowl). Pour the hot pudding over it. Continue until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with the pudding. Let it cool.
