Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 100 g sour cream
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g leek, cut into rings
- 50 g black olives
- 25 g Parmesan or feta cheese
- 1 garlic
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the potatoes in a pan with milk and sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the leek. Season with nutmeg. Rub the crushed garlic clove into a small casserole dish and pour in the potato mixture. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette and (tomato) salad.
