with a filling of spring onions, shrimps and red pesto

Thaw the shrimp according to the package instructions. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix together the eggs, crème fraîche, milk, and pesto. Stir in the shrimp and spring onions and season with salt. Grease the quiche dish. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Mix the flour with the dry yeast. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything until you have a smooth dough. Pour 3/4 of the dough into the quiche dish and press it into the base and sides. Spread the topping evenly over the dough. Knead the remaining dough with the herbs and flour. Roll out the herb dough and cut out shapes. Roll the leftover dough into logs and place them on top, for example, to create numbers or a grid. Place the dish on the oven rack and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
