Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Schupfnudeln from the refrigerated section, approx. 500 g
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 250 g
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 bag(s) of salad herbs, e.g. “Greek style”
- n. B. Water for the dressing
- some oil for frying and for the dressing

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the potato dumplings with the finely chopped zucchini in a pan. In the meantime, mix the dressing in a salad bowl according to the package instructions, crumble the feta, and dice the tomatoes. Once the potato dumplings and zucchini are cooked, mix all the ingredients in the bowl. And then it’s time to devour! As a student, I like to use this recipe when I’m in a hurry. The amount is perfect for my boyfriend and me, as we like to have seconds. The quantities can be varied as desired, e.g., more tomatoes, less feta, etc.
